Are you a Swedish-speaking person with a great interest in fashion?
Do you want to work as a customer service representative at a leading international retail company that offers a wide range of clothing, shoes, and beauty products to customers in several European countries?
What you will do:
- Communicate via chat and phone with customers
- Answer questions about products and services
- Help customers solve problems and handle technical issues
- Create a fantastic customer experience that customers appreciate
Requirements
To work as a Swedish-speaking customer service representative, you need:
- Fluent Swedish (native)
- Advanced English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and technical understanding
- Willingness to relocate to Crete, Greece
- EU passport
